Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2, 2026

This policy explains what information CodeWithLucian collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

When you create an account, subscribe to the newsletter, buy a product, or use a learning feature, we may collect your name, email address, account identifier, purchase and access status, course progress, and the actions needed to operate the service.

We also collect limited technical and attribution data, such as the page or campaign that brought you to the website, browser information, and aggregated usage events. Local storage may be used to remember preferences and learning progress.

How we use information

Information is used to provide account access, deliver purchased content, save progress, send messages you requested, support customers, prevent abuse, understand which resources are useful, and improve CodeWithLucian.

Service providers

CodeWithLucian uses specialist providers for authentication, payments, email delivery, analytics, database hosting, cloud hosting, and video streaming. These providers process only the information needed to perform their services. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by CodeWithLucian.

Retention and security

Information is retained while it is needed to operate your account, provide access, meet financial or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any newsletter. To ask about your personal information, request a correction or deletion, or close your account, email info@high-performance.dev. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, tax, accounting, or legal reasons.

This page may be updated when the service or its providers change. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate.
