Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2, 2026

These terms explain the basic rules for using CodeWithLucian accounts, free resources, interview practice, and paid courses.

Using CodeWithLucian

You may use the website and its learning material for your personal education. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for providing accurate information. Do not share paid access, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use the material in a way that violates applicable law.

Purchases and subscriptions

Product pages and Stripe checkout show the price, billing period, included access, and any refund policy that applies before you buy. One-time course purchases and recurring Question Library subscriptions are separate products unless a bundle explicitly says otherwise. You can manage an active subscription from your account.

Refunds

The refund terms displayed on the relevant product and checkout pages apply to that purchase. If a refund is approved, the related paid access may be removed. Contact info@high-performance.dev from the email address used for the purchase if you need help.

Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, CodeWithLucian owns or licenses the website, videos, written material, exercises, and branding. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership or permission to copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or train another commercial product on the material.

Educational purpose

The material is provided for education and interview preparation. It does not guarantee employment, interview results, certification, or a particular production outcome. Technical examples should be evaluated against the requirements and risks of your own system.

Availability and changes

CodeWithLucian may improve, replace, or retire parts of the service and may suspend access needed to protect users or the platform. These terms may also be updated; the date above identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means the new terms apply.
